雅加達蘇加諾哈達機場喜來登酒店 (Sheraton Jakarta Soekarno Hatta Airport)

先説缺點：以為園景房黴味會比較重，沒想到湖景房黴味也很重。建議酒店一定要去除一下黴味，很影響住宿。 2. 機場班車衹有整點有，半點沒有。離機場這麼近，建議增加機場班車頻次。至少增加半點班次。 優點：離機場近。

設施：有點陳舊但房間寬大。 衞生：原來訂的房間二樓有點黴味。 環境：很有東南亞風格。 服務：微笑國度，態度很好。

喜來登遇上印尼，瞬間降一個檔次，環境還可以，離機場也很近，但是這個衞生真的堪憂，床單枕頭臟兮兮的，浴巾黑的沒法用，另外空調聲音老大了，睡覺淺的人不建議

귀국 전에 한 이틀정도 편히 쉬고 싶어서 주변이 조용한 곳을 찾다가 발견하게 되었습니다. 주변에 정말 아무것도 없어서 조금 놀랐지만 그래도 좋았습니다. 직원분들이 엄청 친절하셔서 더 편했네요. 공항에 가기 전에 하루 이틀 편하게 쉬실 분들에게 추천드립니다.

房間乾淨整潔，服務好，環境不錯，設施齊全

很適合趕飛機，免費整點的機場接駁車，早餐很豐盛，竟然有hummus，雖然在機場附近也不會太吵，商務出差可選

不推薦 理由幾點: 1 房間一股非常強烈的黴味 一晚上簡直無法忍受 2 房間隔音太長 機場的 樓上的 門外的 各種被聲音吵到 3 機場班車要預約 服務還是可以的 但是機場接機點太遠了 是所有酒店裡最遠的 推著行李箱從國際到達出來起碼要走10分鐘 4 性價比不高 這個價格都可以住市中心的麗茲卡爾頓了

酒店在小湖邊，景色怡人，活動空間較大，離機場較近，還有正點免費送機巴士，減少趕乘飛機時的奔波勞累。但園林裝飾不夠精緻，缺少藝術氣息和高檔風格；衞生間較小，且乾濕分離欠合理，很容易整個衞生間濕滑。

The staff and the cleanliness plus all the facilities. Although just a day but it is really outstanding. The only part that can be better is the room sink and bathroom drainage. Other than that it is all good even the breakfast so so so good.Thank you to all the staff at Sheraton Hatta.

雅加達機場喜來登酒店差評：體驗極差，完全不值這個價！ 我為了看演唱會預訂了這家酒店，結果從入住到住宿全程都讓人無比失望，完全對不起“喜來登”的品牌和價格。 首先，入住流程堪稱災難。我足足等了一整個小時，酒店工作人員才確認好我的訂單——對於喜來登這樣的酒店來説，這種低效實在讓人無法接受。好不容易等到辦理入住，對方卻告知我目前衹剩園景房，可我付的明明是能訂到湖景房的價格。更過分的是，他們還強制要求我額外付款80萬印尼盾才能入住，這種做法毫無道理可言。 房間本身的條件比預期還要差。一進房間就有一股很重的潮濕黴味，住得特別不舒服；熱水器更是壞的，不管等多久，放出來的全是冷水，生活太不方便了。房間裝修又舊又破，密封性還差，冷風一個勁往屋裡灌；而且飛機飛過的噪音一直沒停過，聲音還特別大，根本沒法好好休息。 以我付的價格來看，這家酒店完全不值。它頂多就值300元人民幣左右，遠遠配不上喜來登的高價。這次住宿體驗讓我特別失望，強烈建議大家別選這家酒店。如果願意住市區，同樣的價格能訂到條件好得多、舒服得多的酒店，別花冤枉錢，一定要避開這家喜來登！ Terrible Experience at Sheraton Jakarta Airport Hotel - Not Worth the Money! I booked this hotel for a concert, but it turned out to be an absolute disappointment from check-in to stay. First, the check-in process was a nightmare. I waited a full hour just for the hotel staff to confirm my reservation—such inefficiency is unacceptable for a Sheraton property. When I finally checked in, I was told only garden-view rooms were available, even though I paid a price that should have gotten me a lake-view room. Worse still, they forced me to pay an extra 800,000 Indonesian Rupiah just to check in, which is totally unreasonable. The room itself was far worse than expected. There was a strong musty, damp smell that made the room uncomfortable to stay in. The water heater was broken—no matter how long I waited, only cold water came out, which was a huge inconvenience. The decor was old and shabby, the room didn’t seal well （so cold air seeped in）, and the noise from passing planes was constant and loud—making it impossible to rest properly. For the price I paid, this hotel is in no way worth it. It’s only worth around 300 RMB at most, not the high rate Sheraton charges. I’m extremely disappointed with this stay and strongly recommend everyone to choose another hotel instead. If you’re willing to stay in the city center, you can get a much nicer, more comfortable hotel at the same price. Save your money and avoid this Sheraton!
